Responsive Website Redesign
Complete redesign of public facing website, incorporating responsive design. Project included formal RFP and vendor due diligence, migrating hundreds of pages of content to a new CMS, coordinating server changes with internal technology and risk staff, and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Project goals included:
- Incorporate responsive design (display changes based on screen size)
- Improve the user experience (more intuitive menu structure, fewer clicks, enhanced locations module)
- Redesign the signin box for ease of use and greater access
- Updated design
Following the redesign, it's clear user experience was improved, especially for the one in four clients viewing our site on a mobile device:
- 21% more sessions on average
- 36% less time per session
